Ever since we moved here, I have been wiping snotty noses and giving gallons of motrin for fevers. I guess I am lucky we haven't been hit with the pukies. Alex and Benson were well enough to go to nursery for one week and then this past week Benson started coughing again- here we go. Last night Alex kept me awake with his coughing...and screaming. Today, he was a bit perkier but not a lot. He had several crying fits, where I couldn't figure out why he was crying until I realized maybe he couldn't breathe very well. He would cough until he was blue.
So, that brings us to 6 hours later after a visit to the Urgent care with 4 young, hungry, cranky kids. Lots of fun--not really. Then it was on to Wal-Mart to get Pulmicort, Albuterol, and Zithromax for Alex. Speaking of prescription medications, why aren't we in THAT business? Anyway, we hope it kicks the pneumonia in the rear and takes all of the other germs with it!

Wow Sorry Julie, that is really awful. Zach was on all that earlier this year. The pulmicort is awesome. After about a week his cough was gone. Good stuff. I guess this crap is just going around all over... Hope the kids get better fast.
Oh my goodness. What a nightmare. What is with that Colorado air? I'm sorry that Chris isn't there to help out, either. I'll be praying that this is the end of your snot wiping days for a good long time.
